Tripp Shannon

Tripp Shannon, CFA, is an experienced financial executive, investor and commercialization partner with Tech Launch Arizona. Over his 30-year career, he has held leadership roles in financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and operational strategy, helping companies scale and position themselves for growth. As an active member of Arizona Tech Investors, Tripp has invested in multiple startups and has led due diligence efforts to evaluate early-stage ventures. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief of Delivery Operations at DroneUp, where he drove revenue growth and led the launch of the first permanent drone delivery operation for Walmart. Tripp was also President, North America at Proactis Holdings PLC, overseeing sales, marketing, and operational integrations across global markets. Prior to that, he held CFO and COO roles at Perfect Commerce, negotiating multi-million-dollar acquisitions and scaling global operations. Tripp holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
