I’m a retired U.S. Air Force Major General with over 30 years of experience leading complex operations, international partnerships, and modernization efforts across the defense enterprise. My final role was as Commander of NATO’s Airborne Early Warning & Control Force—responsible for a 1,400-person multinational team, a billion-dollar modernization program, and the strategic employment of allied ISR and battle management capabilities.

Today, I advise venture capital and private equity firms investing in aerospace, defense, and dual-use technology. I help identify viable tech, pressure-test go-to-market strategies, and bridge the gap between innovation and government adoption. I also support founders and portfolio companies with strategy, federal market entry, and trusted access to senior decision-makers across the Department of Defense, NATO, and industry.
