Nannon Roosa, PMP, CPA, FACMPE
Nannon Roosa is a strategic business leader, entrepreneur, and Managing Director of Crescent Edge, LLC, a Tucson, Arizona-based consultancy that partners with companies to navigate complex commercial challenges and achieve sustainable growth. Crescent Edge serves as a trusted partner in defining priorities, strengthening execution, and preparing companies for growth capital and long-term expansion.
As President of CATS Tonometer, LLC, she led the company from formation through three FDA clearances for a family of ophthalmic medical devices now in national distribution. A winner of the Arizona Innovation Challenge, the American Academy of Ophthalmology Winning Pitch Challenge, and the Ophthalmology Futures Forums Shark Tank competition, the company also secured multiple SBIR grant awards. Her hands-on experience spans company formation, ISO 13485 quality system development, reimbursement strategy, clinical trial oversight, intellectual property management, and full commercialization.
Earlier in her career, Nannon served as Director, MBA Consulting Program at the University of Arizona Eller MBA Program, overseeing 150 strategic consulting engagements across many industries.
As a 2026 Flinn-Brown Fellow, she is actively engaged across Southern Arizona's innovation and civic community, including the Flinn Foundation Bioscience Roadmap Steering Committee, the Southern Arizona Leadership Council (SALC), and Board Member, Arizona Tech Investors (ATI). Nannon holds a Master's in Tax from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She holds certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
