Molly Gravatt

Molly Gravatt is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur based in Tucson, Arizona and founder of Radiant Dev, a technology staffing and consulting firm.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Gravatt has built a strong reputation in software development, digital marketing, and technical talent placement. She founded Radiant Dev to bring a more human-centered approach to the industry, emphasizing user experience, relationship-building, and long-term fit over transactional hiring practices. Her work focuses on helping organizations, from startups to large enterprises, connect with high-quality technical talent across fields such as software, artificial intelligence, engineering, and life sciences. 

Prior to launching her own firm, Gravatt held a range of senior leadership roles, including COO, Vice President of Sales, and Managing Partner, at organizations such as Radiant Interactive, The Doyle Group, Sharp Decisions, and CN-Tec. These roles reflect her deep expertise in sales leadership, operations, and workforce solutions within the technology and staffing sectors. 

Gravatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a background that informs her people-first approach to business and talent development. Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved in community leadership, serving as Co-Chair of the Arizona Technology Council’s Women in the Workforce initiative, where she advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry.
