Leah Langlais

Leah serves as Manager, Venture Development - Life Sciences for the University of Arizona’s Tech Launch Arizona (TLA), focused on connecting UA IP-based startup companies with the people and resources they need to grow.

Leah comes to TLA with over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing in higher education and collegiate and professional sports. A California native, she has worked at several universities gaining experience in fundraising, marketing, business development, and corporate engagement developing a valuable network of corporate partners and business leaders. She most recently worked at the University of Arizona Alumni Association helping companies connect with alumni and developing programs to re-engage Wildcat alumni with the university. Additionally, she worked at the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee, securing over $3.5 million in sponsorships to support Super Bowl XLIX in 2015. Leah spends her time volunteering as a mentor for the Social Venture Partners "Fast Pitch" program and sits on the planning committee for the Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) POP Parade. Leah is a proud graduate of UC Irvine and loves to cook, exercise and spend time with her family.
