Jianling received her MA degree in human resources management from Rutgers in 2006. Before her family relocated to Arizona in 2010, Jianling worked as a data analyst in Office of Human Resources at the Florida State University. She has continued her analyst role as Institutional Research Analyst in Office of Institutional Research and Planning Support at U of A. Being an analyst, her primary responsibilities are extracting and managing human capital data from databases and performing data transformations and statistical analyses for reporting and strategic planning.
