Dr. Guillermo Morales, PhD, MBA, is CEO of Innoventyx, LLC, an international consulting firm advising life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, scientific software, and research organizations. He brings more than 30 years of executive experience advancing pharmaceutical and technology programs from scientific concept through development, clinical trials, financing, commercialization, and strategic transactions.

Dr. Morales has held senior leadership roles including CEO, CSO, COO, Vice President, and Director, working with startups, growth-stage companies, global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, research institutes, scientific service providers, and technology companies. His work sits at the intersection of science, business strategy, execution, intellectual property, investor diligence, and transaction support.

His technical and therapeutic expertise spans small molecules, antibody-drug conjugates, peptides, computational drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, CMC, GLP/GMP operations, and clinical development. He has supported programs across oncology, CNS disorders, viral infectious diseases, cardiovascular, metabolic, fibrotic, and rare diseases. Internationally, he has led or advised business development, operations, manufacturing, and clinical initiatives across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Russia.

Dr. Morales has direct experience in Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical trial design and execution, including cross-border oncology trial expansion, regulatory engagement with COFEPRIS, CRO/CDMO oversight, manufacturing audits, and clinical operations. He has also helped companies raise venture and non-dilutive funding, including NIH SBIR/STTR awards, and advises investors, private equity firms, and corporate partners on technology assessment, licensing, M&A evaluation, patent strategy, IP protection, and scientific, technical, and commercial due diligence.

Dr. Morales has served as an NIH advisor and grant reviewer, with additional expert review work for leading research, innovation, and disease-focused organizations. He holds 10+ granted patents, including nine as lead inventor, and has authored 40+ scientific publications.
