His remarkable 28-year career is marked by leadership roles in drug development, collaborating effectively with C-suite executives across varied research programs and therapeutic areas, including cancer, CNS disorders, anti-infectives, and more. Dr. Morales' expertise spans from conception to development, clinical trials, and commercialization, utilizing his skills in the creation of proprietary drug molecules, intellectual property assessment, and manufacturing (CMC, GLP, GMP).
