I’ve spent my career focused on how investment, development, and brand decisions are made in biopharma. This has covered both pipeline and inline assets, with an emphasis on how evidence is interpreted, trade-offs are weighed, and the impact over time.

Over 25 years in global pharma, I’ve operated across a wide range of therapeutic areas and led teams building insights and analytics capabilities, supporting pipeline decisions, global brand launches, and business development.

More recently, I’ve been advising early and mid-stage biotech and pharma companies on asset strategy, valuation, and investor positioning. This includes indication prioritization, trial design, and preparing for key inflection points. I enjoy helping teams think through their options and arrive at a path that makes sense, both scientifically and commercially.
