Jim O'Donnell

Mr O'Donnell is currently serving as an angel investor, a mentor to startup founders via a number of accelerators and as an advisor to a Venture Capital firm. He is also a part time IT and banking consultant.   He formerly served as CIO and/or senior executive of  a number of large and small financial services companies.  He has held management roles in several Fintech startups. He is a strong general manager, coach, and  builder of teams.  He has significant experience building sales and marketing systems, accounting systems, and with patents and contracts.  He is a former Certified Management Accountant (CMA). 

His career has spanned  most sectors within IT and financial services: AI, data analytics, IT infrastructure, software development, data security,   mortgages, payments, collections, core banking, and bank fraud. Early in his career he worked for over five years in the Defense industry.   More recent angel investor  experience also includes  companies in medtech, pharma, and manufacturing.
