Join us for an interactive, hands-on event featuring healthcare technology from ASTEC (Arizona Simulation Technology & Education Center) and the Healthcare Technology Innovation Lab (SensorLab).
ASTEC provides interprofessional healthcare simulation opportunities through state-of-the-art interactive technologies. The SensorLab connects researchers across disciplines to develop an array of technologies and digital solutions for healthcare applications (e.g., AI, VR, mobile apps). In addition to providing state-of-the-art healthcare simulation training, ASTEC & the SensorLab also develop novel technologies and engage in both internal and external research collaborations.
There will be a brief presentation at the start of the event. Drop in as your schedule allows to experience the ASTEC space and see what projects and educational opportunities are occurring in these areas. ASTEC is located on the 7th floor of the Health Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB).
ASTEC and the SensorLab are Health Sciences strategic initiatives collaborating to support interprofessional student education and tackle challenges in healthcare.
