Grace Ratje

Grace has more than two decades of higher education experience in finance, research administration, tech transfer operations, and licensing contract management involving the commercialization of intellectual property. As the first in her family to attend college, Grace is deeply connected to paying forward the social mobility that college has given to her. She is currently the Assistant Director, Finance and Administration, at Tech Launch Arizona and is the business leader for the division, which also includes financial management of Tech Parks Arizona, an award-winning technology incubator and economic development arm of the university.  She oversees a $15 million operating budget and is the business leader for the National Science Foundation I-Corps UArizona Site grant. She holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from the Eller College at the University of Arizona, is involved with the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), and serves on multiple boards in her community.
