Please join us for a lively and informative discussion with Alexis Krivkovich, Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company, to review findings from McKinsey’s 2021 Women in the Workplace report, the most extensive study on the state of women in corporate America. Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic, women have made important gains in corporate representation, especially in senior leadership. But the pandemic continues to take a toll. Women are now significantly more burned out—and increasingly more so than men. In 2021, McKinsey collected information from 423 participating organizations employing 12 million people, surveyed more than 65,000 employees, and conducted interviews with women of diverse identities, including women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and women with disabilities. These current results will be contrasted with findings from this landmark study over the past decade.
