This program is designed to empower and educate prospective entrepreneurs like you, assisting you in creating and sustaining both for-profit and non-profit ventures in the real world.

At UAZ VMS, we believe that every great journey begins with a single step. Applying is easy: simply complete and submit our Venture Information Form, found on our website.  All proprietary information shared with us will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Our dedicated team will review your form, and if we require any additional information, we will be in touch. Once your application is complete, you will receive an enrollment packet via email. This packet contains all the rules, procedures, and an acknowledgment and release form for you to sign. Once you've reviewed the materials and returned your signed waiver of liability, we'll waste no time in helping you schedule your first mentoring session.

At UAZ VMS, we offer face-to-face and virtual team mentoring experiences like no other.  Teams are supported by carefully selected and extensively trained mentors, all waiting to guide ventures toward greatness. Our interactions are strictly confidential and under nondisclosure agreements, ensuring that your ideas remain secure. We adhere to a strict code of ethics, prioritizing your success above all else. And here's the best part: UAZ VMS is absolutely free.

The frequency and duration of meetings are entirely up to you. There's no time limit on our mentoring relationships. In fact, you can come back to us in a decade if you need mentoring! In your initial meetings, you'll connect with a team of passionate mentors who will dive deep into understanding your unique needs and the stage of development your venture has reached. As your journey progresses, your mentor team will expand and adapt to cater to your evolving needs. One mentor will take the lead, working closely with you to create meeting agendas and adjust the composition of the mentor team over time.

We encourage you to provide accurate information about your venture to the best of your ability, allowing us to support you in the most effective way possible. 

Your venture holds the key to your success, and at UAZ VMS, we believe in shared responsibility. You are responsible for scheduling meetings with our VMS office, crafting meeting agendas that reflect your aspirations, and taking detailed meeting minutes to share with our team. Additionally, we ask you to provide monthly updates to our office, ensuring we're all on the same journey towards entrepreneurial excellence.
