Dr. Trina Callie-Dixon is currently Strategy Manager at Raytheon for business-level affordability efforts. Prior to her current role, she worked in business development for adjacent markets, and technology commercialization, as the competitive intelligence lead, strategy lead for mergers and acquisitions, and deputy head of strategy. She joined Raytheon in 2010.
Prior to that, she was the Assistant Dean at the UA Eller College of Management, overseeing the MBA programs as well as the required international business program.
Before joining the University of Arizona, Dr. Callie-Dixon worked in corporate marketing roles in both software and consumer products companies, including Hallmark and RightFAX (Captaris). She also spent several months in South Africa working as a strategic consultant for Whirlpool Corporation. She started her career as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
Dr. Callie-Dixon received her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona (Higher Education and Management), MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in marketing and corporate strategy and her Bachelor of Arts degree in media arts with a minor in French from the University of Arizona.
