Chief executive officer of Northwire, Inc., Katina collaborates with a strategic team of close to 200 dedicated professionals who design and manufacture custom technical wire, cable, retractiles, assemblies, connectors, injection molding and over-molding for extreme engineering applications in life sciences, energy, industrial, aerospace and defense. A subsidiary of The LEMO Group, Northwire features two U.S. based manufacturing locations. LEMO and its affiliated sister companies REDEL, NORTHWIRE and COELVER currently serve more than 100,000 customers in over 80 countries around the world. Committed to philanthropy, Katina and her family dedicate their efforts to the Community Food Bank, Humane Society and the Sky Island Alliance amongst other notable Tucson causes. Formerly, Katina served on the board for the Wisconsin Technology Council and the Osceola Medical Center Board and Finance Committee. A member of the Arizona Technology Council, Koller is active in the Southern Arizona Aerospace and Defense CEO Network as much as her rigorous schedule permits. Katina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and demonstrates her commitment to continuous improvement through her executive education pursuits at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Institute.
